Using your own domain name.

Before you decided to establish a web site for your company, you may already have had an email address through your ISP (Internet Service Provider) who provide your Internet connection. For example you may have an email address that looks something like j.smith@internetprovider.com. Although this will work fine as a simple communication tool, it doesn't say much about your company status. Once you have registered you own domain name you will be able to use this in your email address and become j.smith@mycompany.co.uk. An Email Server is a hardware or software device that automatically collects and distributes your email within your office environment.
